Using onsfamily.xyz means accepting what follows. If any of it is unacceptable to you, the correct response is to stop using the site.
What this site is
An interface. It reads public Solana state and builds transactions for your wallet to sign. It does not hold your keys, take custody of your assets, or execute anything on your behalf. Every transaction originates from your own wallet, at your own instruction.
No advice
Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Market figures, charts and rankings are information about a market, not a recommendation to enter one. ONS FAMILY does not endorse any token launched through it, including ones that appear prominently.
Risk
Tokens launched here can lose all of their value, and most do. A fixed supply removes one failure mode and none of the others: a creator can sell, liquidity can be thin, and you can be the last buyer. Transactions on Solana are irreversible — there is no cancellation, no chargeback and no support queue that can undo one.
Fees
Opening a market costs 0.02 SOL. Each fill carries a 1.00% protocol fee, plus whatever creator fee that market was launched with, which is shown on the market’s own page before you trade. Network fees are separate and are paid to Solana validators, not to us.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your wallet, for reading what you sign, and for whether using this site is lawful where you are. Do not use it to launder value, to evade sanctions, or to defraud anyone.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, it may display stale data, and it may contain errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, ONS Family Labs is not liable for losses arising from your use of it.
